Story

The company perlen reinigungen GmbH was founded on January 1st, 1987. Since it was started with a very small operating budget, only a minimum of materials and machines could be purchased; the “company vehicle” was a Mitsubishi Colt. During the first year, the work was carried out exclusively by the founding couple, which, in addition to raising their one-year-old son, did not prove to be particularly easy. In the second year of operation, the company was able to hire its first building cleaner and six part-time employees who did office cleaning work in the evenings. The first VW van was purchased in the same year. In 1988, the business owner attended all of the block courses run by the training company TASKI and completed his final diploma at the end of the year.

Thanks to consistently good word of mouth, orders continued to increase. Therefore, in 1989, an aluminum scaffolding (13 meters working height) and a computer system were purchased. The business couple was also given a daughter. Shortly afterwards, in 1990, we were able to move into our new company headquarters in Cham (Lindencham), which is still our headquarters. In the same year, the first lifting platform (12 meters working height) was purchased. The company now employs over 20 people full-time and between 20 and 30 people part-time. The vehicle fleet was expanded to 11 vehicles and 5 transport trailers. There was also expansion in lifting platforms; There are now 4 lifts with working heights of 12, 17, 21 and 26 meters.
